Not sure, I guess I'd call Maravia (Maravia Whitewater Rafts, Inflatible Catarafts, Frames, and white water rafts) and ask if you think it might be do-able. My guess is that you could get most of what you need from a more rounded I-beam (i.e. cheaper) shape.

I am definitly going to make one, but i have alot of other stuff to do on my truck first. Even if i wanted to do one right now after i change the cap, adding a liftgat etc it wouldnt fit.

aerohead had tested a small one on his truck and he has patents on inflatable tails.
