Jeebus the quality of parking is really bad there - maybe add landmines to the lines.

Yeah, they backed into the parking spot, but since the HANDICAP sign is STILL standing (albeit slightly crooked), one must give them the benefit of the doubt and assume (I know) they didn't knock it (the sign) over.
