I would like to have a guage to show what the fuel air ratio is.

They sell them online, mostly for folks who take a scientific approach to tuning for performance. They're in excess of $200, iirc, and require welding another bung into your exhaust.

You could use the ScanGauge's lean burn xgauge to similar effect. It reads one of your O2 sensors, does some math to it, and displays a number that is a function of AFR.
