But if it gets larger SUV's off the road ( for those who really do not NEED the larger size car that is) then it is a good thing

The Mini Clubman weighs 2900lb. This thing is probably close to 4000lb. Whats the point of even calling it a "Mini"? Its just another overweight psuedo SUV.
