That's what I thought.
At that scale it looks like a spare tire embedded in the roof. I guess it's a sun roof.

YKYAnotEM when you decide the gating factor between the Superbeetle and the XFi is not 30MPG vs 45, but the Beetle's door is 37" long while the Metro is 42".
Ingress/egress, but I still like the paint color better.

I haven't had a tire problem for two or three decades. I think the last time was when I crossed the left lane to get to the turn lane and stop by Fred Meyer. Apparently I offended a big black pickup truck. When I came out of the store the two valve stems on the far side of the car had been nipped off. I had to walk home and roll a second spare back.
