What's bizzare,is that it actually competed in the SAE Mileage Marathon competition.
According to Hoerner's drag table it would have about Cd 0.20.
Guess,some of the teams/ officials have as twisted a sense of humor as some of us.

He is doing it backwards... much more efficient to approach from the opposite end.

Guess it gets the job done, perhaps that roll at the end is acting as a perimeter spoiler.
