Got batteries!

I just got batteries for my Electro-Metro conversion project!

Yes, I know it isn't a success story in terms of "I just got great fuel economy!"
but the batteries were going to be a huge cost to me if I had to buy new.

I got batteries that were new, pulled out of vehicles, for little over the cost of recycling.

Sure feels like a success to me!

Nice.

I'm currently reading through your buildup thread.
Hey, if I can get through Darin's Forkenswift build, I can get through yours.

Nope, not spiral, but from what I have heard, gel batteries have pretty similar characteristics in being able to pull high amps and resist vibration.
