My finished product (enclosure)

I have tested my MPGuino and so I finalized it's assembly and just need to calibrate it. Here are pics. I used a USB switchbox that were on clearance for $1 because it's case was the right size and it had rear ports that I re-used for the interfaces.

That's an awesome case. It looks like a CB radio or something, just without the microphone part.

So you wired the VSS and injector signals into a USB cable, right?

Looks great, I like it! If I had more room in my dash I'd do something like that.

How well do those buttons work? Any problems getting them to function simultaneously for tank reset, etc. ?

Yes, the USB connector has 4 conductors which is perfect for Battery, Ground, Injector, and VSS.

It sits on top of my dash, the saturn has a big flat dashboard. I put a small piece of non skid material under it which has worked well to keep it in one place.

The buttons work good, the springs in them are a bit stronger than I would like but I have had no issues.
