Truely feeling the gas crunch..

Saw this person on the freeway..

He's making it work.. I recoignize the guy and he used to drive a burgandy 1500 chevy with a yard and landscaping magnetic sign on the door.
out of state plates were on both vehicles.. (I figure so he doesn't have to pay to smog them)

Doing what hes got to do, he gets serious props!

hes also hypermiling doing 55mph on the freeway

I know a guy who used to install and repair water pumping windmills, towers and all, out of a Honda civic wagon, that guy would be better off with a hatch back, I haul all kinds of stuff with mine.

If I met him I would shake his hand. If I saw him on the freeway, I would follow him to "protect" him. Turtles gotta crawl in packs.

I met a carpenter/handyman who had the back seats out of his Chevy Aveo "work truck". His previous work truck was a ... Metro.

Yeah we do, it was only a few months ago that I was flipped off by a toddler in a car seat as a mini-van passed me for driving 5 under .

You don't know ecomodding until you see a bicycle with a ladder rack!

My dad is a remodeler. He actually saw a guy once who was a roofer and used a bicycle for his work vehicle.
