PT Cruiser Rear Wheel Skirts

Yesterday, while driving into the city, I was passed by a PT Cruiser.

As it passed, I saw that it had REAR WHEEL SKIRTS - but they were not home-made - they were some sort of very nice-looking aftermarket parts!

I was driving, so I really couldn't just grab my camera right then.

However, they looked similar to this:

ABS REAR SKIRTS

I was just really surprised to see some "real" add-on wheel skirts out on the open road. Has anyone else seen these or any nice-looking wheel skirts on any other cars?
