So the mechanism I'm thinking about is slotting the Coroplast in 4 spots...2 in the rear and 2 up front and using bolts and washers to keep it in place. The noodle will rest up against the stock air dam.

I'm gonna try to use the airflow to push the noodle mustache under the air dam and small springs to return it to it's normal position when the air flow isn't sufficient to keep it under the air dam. The bolts will keep it from sliding too far back and too far down. Sort of an automatic mechanism.
