Thanks! The fairly heavy molding of the car is one key factor in the 60+ number I get. But I think the hypermiling strategies are as big, especially pulse and glide. and interestingly, I think pulse and glide makes much less sense in a VX or an HX because they have taller gearing and because lean burn can't function well or at all with the repeated on/off cycles of P&G. The throttling and load levels for effective P&G strategies would also undermine the lean burn features. so your car calls for different strategies than mine, as you know. Radical aero mods would be wonderful for your car.
