Did you say whether yours has the AT or the MT? I thought it was MT. If it is MT look up a car on this site (now retired) called the "PaleCivic." It is a 1996 Civic DX ... the owner of the car (still active here) did almost no mods but if you look at the fuel log for it you'll see he routinely pulled 70s and even 90s n MPG in it. He had almost ideal conditions, but it still proves what devoted hypermiling alone can do. He drives a Fit now and gets 60s MPG out of it (it's heavier and has shorter gearing).
