Homes in the the United States typically have 100 to 200 amp service. As long as the breaker panel isn't full a electric car charger could easily be added.
The sad thing is the United states, Russia, China and India reallt don't care about global warming.
The United States pretends to care but a survey of registered voters from back in 2008 (2008 to 2010 was when global man made global warming belief peaked here) showed that really only about 20% of registered voters actually believed man made global warming is a problem and that something shoulder be done about it now.
