I'm no veteran but over the summer anyway I pushed 25MPG's out of a 4.0L I6 4x4 Cherokee rated at 19MPG Highway. That's with only a grill block and skid plate. So I'd say 30MPG's should be easy for your setup. With 35MPG's being more of a challenge but do able.
