Thanks to a suggestion on the endless-sphere forums I've figured out how to fix the chain slip issue. However it will have to wait until Monday because I have to order a sprocket and some spacers. My hands don't seem to work all that well today anyways.

All that is required is to remake the motor-mount plate (to move the motors to the right a little), and drill/cut another sprocket.

So you'll have a single chain linking the two motors, then the chain from the lower motor to the rear sprocket?

Correct
Sweet design... paint the outside silver, run some large conduit from it to make the "pipe" down to the motors, and run the wiring for the motors through it...

The batteries are back in and it's running. I'll record a video sometime soon (have to figure out a camera mount first).

It has A LOT of low-end torque. Climbs hills easily even at 25% throttle.
The motor, gear, and chain drive combination sounds very spacey.

Any idea on what kind of range you have?
