Acetone in 2000 Dodge Neon

Ok, I know that a modern engine supposedly is very efficient and does not need acetone at all but I figured, why not try? So I don't have the final results yet but I do have a few comment: Iv heard you are suppose to get way better acceleration, I do not notice any changes in performance at all. Also it seems my MPG is actually going down a little (if that makes any since at all) but I have not gone far enough to really put any good accurate results, however I will be posting the results in about 6 days. Tell me what your thinking about all of this so far... I think I will have gotten better results from the no-ethinol gas (which gave me about 1.3-1.5 more MPG)

Acetone can clean your injectors and raise your octane, but otherwise it's bunk

Well if it does clean up my engine for me then I'm happy because I'm sure it probably needs it, I want to put some synthetic oil in it too so it cleans some sludge out but my car leaks oil bad and I don't want to waist money on oil that will just leak out in 2 months.

I second that. With the tests I ran I found that my mpg gain was from myself being easier on the throttle.....+1 to 2 mpg and it held the same after I stopped using the acetone.

Yeah my tires needed air in them pretty bad but I didn't want to put air in them the same time I run my acetone test and get good results and think it's from the acetone, know what I mean? So whenever I run out of gas I'm going to fill up my tires.
