Yes
Made of 1.5" 4'x8' sheet styrofoam from Home Depot at $17 per sheet.
Original Gorilla glue works great on this foam. Imbedded in the clip
are spruce wood for all the attachemnt points. It is fully bolt on.
Finally, it is covered with redneck fiberglass (latex paint over
cheesecloth). I am very willing to share all my mods in full detail.

That looks awesome, I really like it. Do you have any other pictures, from the side, and maybe the inside or pictures during the build?
That 3 mpg, how was that determined if you don't mind me asking? Any idea of a % improvement? I'm not trying to be too critical, just curious since 3 mpg gain is a huge difference between a normally 20 mpg car and a 50 mpg one. I have been considering something similar to this since seeing the Aerocivic and WeatherSpotter's threads.

3mpg is an estimate. That figure is for high speed freeway driveing. As to how I measure MPG. I've tried computers and Mpguino and have come to a conclusion.
I will use a graduated cylinder for gas volume and a calibrated rear trailing bicycle wheel.
Also, why doesn't anybody blog about using a manometer to measure vacuum behind the vehicle?

Is it basically hollow? Looking closer I love the cutout for the hood release as well.

Yes, It is hollow. My secret for rapid fabrication is to limit the amount of cutting
and shaping of the foam. Notice the top surface of the clip is flat (totally un shaped).
Then, for the front wrap around, i relief cut the foam from the back so as to allow it to
bend to the curve that you see in the photo. Note the relief knerf cuts are later\
backfilled with expansive gorilla glue to restore the full strength of the foam.
