Have you tried car-part.com ?
EDIT: I see VX ECUs on there for $75 - $200 right now ...

Once you reach "empty"(you still have 2 or 3 gallons left), drive some more & get the last 2 or 3 gallons of E10 out of the car. Me....I would carry a gallon of E0 in a gas container, drive the gas tank empty, put the E0 in the car, then drive to an E0 station. With completely no E10 in your car, the car should readily show better response. 100% ethanol-free gasoline generally doesn't show lots more power, but your misses & boggings should end & you should notice your gas gauge go down slower. When you calculate mpg(I have for years for both E10 & E0), you will see that only adding 10% ethanol to gasoline, decreases mpg by 8%, 8%, 7% & 5%, depending on the vehicle.

Alright, I'll switch to e0 and see how it likes that. I average about 40mpgs city. Not all that great but the swap isn't completely done. Needs the Ecu, harness and O2

I hope you don't get distracted by gasoline mixes, or other relatively minor possibilities next to your big issues arising from theswap itself. Here in Cali I bet I burn E10 all year. I think it is required. All the pumps assume it. My car runs very well, thanks. Your bigger problem is that you currently have a vtec-e engine and a non-vtec-e engine management computer. Several key functions and sensors on your vtec-e are not even plugged-in. Fixing these should be your first priority. Good luck!
EDIT: for example, the hardware for variable valve timing is there but the computer has no idea how to manage it, so what is happening to your valve timing when you hit the throttle?

I've been looking for all the parts and haven't had any luck. I did find the Ecu but it's over 150 miles from where I live and the guy said pick up only. Still need the harness and O2 as well

Hang in there. I would guess your main alternative would be parting out the car. Personally, I think completing the swap is better by far. Could you take a pic of the engine bay and post it? I think the VX had a different airbox and intake manifold too. Do you know if you have the right one?

It won't let me upload a picture for some reason. It says it is too large. But I don't plan on parting it out or getting rid of it. It's a good car and runs and drives great. It's reliable even though the swap wasn't done right. It's what I daily drive. It doesn't have the stock airbox however. Someone down the road put a "cold air" on it. I'm pretty sure it has the correct intake manifold though

It's a great car, then... even delivers without the proper ECU. Gotta love Honda. I hope you get it all sorted.
