Hello, looking to get stratospheric MPGs from my Civic Si coupe

Just to update, I've reached my initial goal of 36 mpg, netting 36.022 mpg this past tank. Realistically, I don't think I can do any better considering my weekly routine. On a road trip, perhaps.

So I'm setting the bar low: I'm gonna try for 37 mpg now.

Friend of mine had an older civic Si and we got 30mpg going cross state 100% highway. it was bad.

i do 36 in the city (most of my driving,for me the hard part is breaking 37 without any mods on it yet.

i got 36.94 on my last tank btw and it is still new (i have logged every tank of gas here)

johnpr, we have different engines, but 36 mpg in city conditions is impressive for any car. The R18 is a well-developed powerplant.

Yeah, I have hit 33MPG, with one bad day in a week of keeping the engine at 2500rpms driving.
