My build is very similar, but I used a fuse just after the weird angle thingy.

I missed it too, but ended up using the same fuse tap.
Instead of pulling power off of the lower left terminal, install a fuse in the upper slots and use the fuse tap wire, then you won't need the extra fuse holder, and the fuse is right at the start of the added circuit |

Yeah, I got a Fuse Buddy. It's meant to plug a multimeter into a fuse slot, so it's quick and easy: cut off multimeter plugs and connect wire ends to your switch/relay, remove injector fuse and put it in the Fuse Buddy's slot, plug Fuse Buddy into fuse box.

Could you use a multimeter without the special attachment? I asked my former "electrical engineer" friend if I could use a multimeter to check a fuse and she refused to give me a straight answer about anything, she did send me a picture of something like this, but did not say anything about it. |

Price has gone up- I paid $13.40 last month. Just make sure you get the one that fits in the right fuse size- mine's an ATM, not an ATC.
I don't see why you'd need the multimeter plugs, as long as you've got leads that do plug into it.

A fellow WRX owner on here pointed out that his Crankshaft position sensor wire on ENGINE SIDE is white (pin #3)...my Sti's is blue.
Therefore:
STi pin #3
Engine side - BLUE
Firewall side - WHITE
WRX pin #3
Engine side - White
Firewall side - White
I've confirmed this with the Service manual. I've updated my instructions to include this new information
