You certainly can use ramps!

Not only are there low-angle ramps available commercially (here's just one example), you can make your own.

I got a 2x10"x12' board, cut it in half, then into 2' and 4' sections. Bevel one end of each section (at a shallow angle so your tire doesn't just push the ramp) and stack them using wood screws. Now you have a pair of low, wide, stepped ramps. If my lowered BMW with an air dam can get up on these, your Honda certainly can.

I got a chance to check the infamous speed bump. The skirts clear it by an inch.

Can you tell me the height from the bottom of the skirt to the ground? Considering side skirts and trying to determine roughly how deep I should make them.

I don't have an accurate way to measure MPG gains of individual mods.

Thanks. Do you have a feel if the side skirts in particular helped MPG?

I don't know yet if they help. I should try some coast-down tests. It's hard to even get an accurate tank MPG test of the skirts. I get my best mileage driving at 40 MPH and below, the skirts probably don't help a lot at those speeds.
