Anything with fewer than 3 display output capability is a non-starter for me at this point.

Playin' hard to please, eh? What's the third display for?
From the raspberrypi.com/news/raspberry-pi-product-series-explained/
Pi 5 have 2ea CSI camera/DSI display ports -- Camera Serial Interface and Display Serial Interface -- in addition to the two HDMI.

How to use the Raspberry Pi Touch Display
Sep 13, 2024The Touch Display is compatible with all models of Raspberry Pi except the Raspberry Pi Zero and Zero 2 W, which lack a DSI connector. The earliest Raspberry Pi models lack appropriate mounting holes, requiring additional mounting hardware to fit the stand-offs on the display PCB.

Here's how to install Linux Mint on a laptop that requires reflashing the Thunderbolt chip.
Libreboot Thinkpad T480 with Raspberry Pi Pico
There're a few steps.

Comms screen on the left, remote systems I'm working on in the center screen, documentation/instructions/notes on the right screen. Minimized, I'll have something I'm listening to.
Only 3 displays since that's the limit of my hardware.
A decade ago, it would be for FPS gaming. Having extra peripheral awareness is a huge advantage.

I finally ordered a second 43" 4k Samsung.
How do I dual-wield?!
Most Tradewars games are high- or unlimited turn, so you are supposed to run your computer 24/7.
I spend too much time on my computer, but I have looked into something like this Win10 stick PC: https://www.amazon.com/HEIGAOLAPC-Co.../dp/B0DKSRFSBG
In theory, I could plug it into my TV, connect a third (fourth?) and more-expensive KVM switch to it, and have it run 24/7 while I periodically put my tower to sleep.
Then I just think that I have an old laptop that I can use.
Before I got into grad school, I played WoW on my laptop, plugged into my TV and it looked pretty good in 1080.
It looked better in 4k, but the framerate wasn't adequate.
I used to play on my desktop, which now has a much better video card, but I don't know if the CPU is fast enough anymore.
I also miss WoW less and less.
There is just too much to do.
Look!
A Ferrengi!
Die, Ferrengi, die!

I've got two computers on a single screen, a Roku TV with two HDMI inputs. The Pi 4 has the good speakers, the Pi 5 has a browser that doesn't freeze up.

Needs a wiring diagram?

I just indicated that I would need to buy yet another KVM switch and since none of them lasted a satisfactorily long time, I would need to spend more.
I put the new TV in the living room, where it is giving Mom problems.
Maybe I will swap it with mine because she just uses it for Roku and I just use mine for my computer.
Mom interrupted me writing that yelling "The TV says its not connected to the Internet!" again.
"That's Roku!"
"Oh, it's Roku?"
"Yes, Roku."
This isn't the first time we had this discussion!
I don't have any idea why Roku stopped connecting, but it happened as soon as I connected the new TV.
I switched my brother's TV, which I bought from Goodwill because Mom's was a little bigger, and has a remote, but they overlap several inches, which is okay because my brother plays SNES Classic, which is 4x3, but for some reason, the Samsung remote keeps turning on the Sharp also.
There is one button for volume up, mute, and volume down, and it mostly mutes.
I still haven't set up all of my programs and files because I need to replace all of the hard drives, so I have an old monitor from Mom's house sitting on the tower of new PC towers (which I need to return), and I would like to swap my brother's old screen for this one, but it may not be 1080!

KVM are notoriously bad. I'm having poor results with a USB only switch.
Mouse Without Boarders allows a single keyboard and mouse to seamlessly move between 2 different computers on 2 different displays.
If you need both displays on both computers, run a cable from each monitor to each PC, and use the input select buttons to switch.

Nevermind, I was picturing cascading KVM swiches.
My screen is a Roku TV ($35 at Nextstep Recycling). You tell your mom they're two different things?

I had not heard that.
I tried Mice without Borders, but I couldn't get it to work.
I don't think it liked my VPN or something.
DNS server?
I have cables going to each computer, it was just nice to briefly switch everything with one button.

I regularly tell her "I look forward to discussing this again soon."
My wife periodically comments having the same conversation she has previously had with Mom multiple times.
Mom insists that her memory is fine, mine is faulty.
Neither are great.
