Here's a list:
www.thegatewaypundit.com: WINNING: Trump’s “Reciprocal Tariffs” Trigger Global Response — Multiple Nations Slash Import Duties on U.S. Goods
Israel, Vietnam, India and Switzerland; Others generally match if 10%, else half what the other country already charges.
edit:
I still listen to Alex Christoforou each day. Today the first 15 minutes are on tariffs.
Tariffs hit EU/Asia. Ursula PANIC. Medvedev, TARIFFS to crush EU. Elensky demands AIR & SEA patrols
He doesn't mention the various country's responses. No tariffs for Russia and Belarus, since they already have sanctions.

How is the tariff thing working out with you? They're up to 70 countries wanting to get on board.
'Don't be a Panican' reminds me of Greg Gutfeld's ' Panamac anal'.

I'm still more aligned with traditional tariff strategy, but he's been thinking of these things for decades, whereas I've given the subject about 4 minutes of thought.
There's an incalculable (several actually) component to the strategy around the value of securing supply chains. We see Europe sending more money to Russia than they spend supporting Ukraine, for instance. There was some calculus there about having dependency on adversarial energy, vs getting cheap energy. There's also Trump's thoughts on the matter, which have proven salient.
Since we don't get to play both scenarios in life, we don't get to know what the incalculable trade-offs were.
I'm fairly centered on the fence about this subject, and expect time to reveal the larger mysteries.
Regarding commentary I've heard on this subject, I've heard the liberal duo Brett and Heather posit that this strategy risks Wall Street for the common laborer, and then in another episode that it's too chainsawee and not enough scalpelee. Shaprio has been consistently negative on the subject, but fools are those that don't contend with his thoughts.

Well, the cats weren't in the thumbnail so I sacrificed an hour/1.5 to see what he had to say.
The novel idea was the mental snap to grid. When you consider all the snapping options in Blender, it becomes a source of bemusement.
And he ended with being paranoid of Sea Sentry. Because 'they' will just copy it. Which assumes Palmer Luckey is just another defense contractor(I not so sure).

A novel sonar array with a design influenced by the extendable arms on satellites is the main sensor being paired with it now. Expanding fleets of quieter and otherwise more modern submarines, especially in Russia and China, as well as growing threats to critical undersea infrastructure, are driving demand for more and better ways to monitor what happens beneath the waves across the Western world.
...
“The payload bay is configurable. So the vast majority of the system is this long tube, in effect, that you can fit whatever you want in there, which could be AUVs [autonomous underwater vehicles] or things that swim out of it,” he explained. “So you could, if you can imagine, load up these things that look the same from the outside … And some of them could be comms. Some of them could be sensing. Some of them could have … effectors.

Here's what no-one is talking about. The Synthetic Apeture Radar Doppler Tomography demonstrated (and misused) on Kafre's Pyramid suggests that the Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs) can't be hidden any longer.

The other things on-one is talking about: What happens to no-income-tax-it's-all-tarifffs when everyone goes to zero-for-zero tariffs. ...like the whole European Union.

Lies and hiding will become more sophisticated as our ability to abide in lies and hiding become more difficult.

I get the first half.
"our [ability to abide] [in lies and hiding] [become more difficult]"?

Tangent thought to the fact that hiding under ground may become more difficult.
We're going to experience near total loss of privacy. AI will analyze our conversations for honesty, so that we're no longer able to get away with lies. The only way we'll succeed in lies is if we actually believe them.
I expect a future society so disciplined that we no longer lock our bikes up, and shaving products are no longer secured behind plexiglass.
Getting away with something will require a level of sophistication the average person lacks.

No cats thumbnail today, so I felt obligated. No simultaneous sip? How long has that been going on?

I tuned in about 5min late, so I don't have the details, but I did get to hear the subscriber only content at the end where he mentioned having technical difficulties this morning.
My guess is he sipped, but nobody saw it. Else, he simply forgot after being derailed by tech issues.
