Anyone else notice that the OP hasn't been back since their first post, and didn't even give a reason for their choice?

I'm down to a five-speed transaxle with Type III drums. Ralph Nader never had to pay for scaring GM back to the middle of the road.

On their first post, they started a thread with a generic topic that could go in any car forum, and also tried to include a link in their signature. It is probably a spam account.

Interesting thread in the end, though.

Agreed. Odds are the profile pic is bogus.

Too funny. But yes, it's definitely a spam account.

I thought it was legit user with a sense of humour when I saw the registration come in (username and the profile pic/name).

But the location, and getting caught by "Sorry, new users are not permitted to post links in their signatures" spoiled the illusion.

Still a good thread.

don't want to drift again, but I follow few forum as a user, but never been a moderator or a member of the staff, so what gain they have to spam and than go?

have you ever see the fiat multipla, first was fiat seicento multipla... very ugly by design, but clever in essence.

Recently the Chinese have been "probing" just about ANY / ALL U.S.A. websites for weaknesses...likely to embed "sleeper" virus bugs that awaken later (on specific dates) to do damage...or...to "call home" with 'pass-word & ID keys' to the family jewels from the infected websites.
