Civil engineer (highway design)

Got a BS in Civil Engineering and now finding the math/physics stuff very useful trying to understand the mpg discussions here (aero, torque curve/shift points, etc). Only thing better would have been mechanical engineering.

You can see the same thing from a navy ship, but I'm not sure I'd sign up for it My job sent me to England, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Israel, Hong Kong, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. My niece's job sent her to Japan, Dubai, and a bunch of other places. There are some great jobs out there.

Well, the truck driving, computer tinkering, auto wrenching, PS2 playing, RC racing, football watching person that is me.... is back... I think. lol. I am done with the OTR job I had, settling back for a little R&R while new job is lining up for me. Now to get my car back and get the fuel economy back where it belongs... wo0t

I've worked around cars pretty much my whole life. Several shops, machine shops and quick-lube joints. Just finished my BS in the Social Sciences and I'm looking to get my MSW. I've also got a AAS in Collision repair and Hot Rod Technology. Love painting and building custom cars. If only I had a shop to do it in.
