Spark ignited throttled gas engine yes leaning makes the EGT hotter

FYI: In a diesel, you just keep adding fuel until you melt the piston tops or throw a rod through the side of the crankcase. Hence my comment about being diesel mechanics

Of course. Yet sometimes adding some alcohol or gaseous fuel instead of just more Diesel fuel may lead to a cooler combustion. And more homogeneous, as the volatility of alcohols and gaseous fuels lead to a quicker flame spread.

The wood chipper is a microcosm of renewable energy.
I take a 400lb machine made mostly of steel with some aluminum, powered by gasoline lubricated with motor oil and grease to make use of "renewable energy".

Would be quite tempting to make some experiences with wood gas as a fuel... And maybe pork grease for lube?

I have to use anti-wear grease or I'll be going through bearing left and right.
Not using AW grease can cut bearing life down to 1% or less than what's normal with anti wear grease.

No consensus on the first page of search results. Maybe bacon grease infused with homemade graphene flakes is as good as anything?

I think I saw a video called something like "making graphene without dieing". Is it safe?
Any idea if it's better than ZDDP?

I have been using majestic jt-6 only because someone dropped several tubes of it off their trailer. It's a high speed high temp lithium complex grease.

That would be Tech Ingredients. They used high voltage electricity IIRC. I'd much prefer Robt. Murray-Smith's. He uses a blender, whey protein as a surfactant and 10-20 micron graphite powder.

See also #1934-1935 and 1948. He can print graphene on Capton tape with a laser.
