They are the brackets that hold the vibration...
They are the brackets that hold the vibration damper to the front subframe. There is a metal brick that bolts there to cut down on noise from vibration.

That's why it is a motorcycle and not a passenger car. I can always get it inspected without the windshield. It's good enough for race cars.
Never seen a bike with a glass windshield.
