Maybe this isn't what #13 means, but ...

My Mazda gets better economy using ULP (Unleaded Petrol) than E10, both in l/100km and $/km.
Using higher octane fuel will get a bit better l/100km but far worse $/km.

7. I never bother, it feels fine to me.
8. Minimal windows, AC only when forced to.
9. Check, unless I need to move.
10. At speeds of R1 or less.
11. It depends.
12. As much as I can.
13. I wish. We get E10 here.
