Update
Been driving the old truck daily. Had to change a cell because it was effecting the HV pack performance. Best mileage to date was a trip into downtown Cincinnati where I averaged 45 mpg. Tank average is 30-35 depending on highway driving. Does best in the city obviously. Working on replacing door and window seals as well as dropping weight. Still 300 pounds over at this point. Removed the rear differential. Ran muffler through opening. I’ll post a picture. Nice weather here today so I plan on going to a cruise in Milford tonight.

this is the best thing I've seen in a long time
the more I learn about Priuses, the more I respect the genius engineers that made them
But this Truck really makes me want one now! And an old truck body to drop on top of it haha. One day maybe

The world's stoutest muffler hanger.
If you made a lift-off camper for it, would it be more like a teardrop, or a car-top tent?

The axle is sprung weight, doesn't it interfere with the muffler? Especially if you carry something on the flatbed?

Or center it in the hole with a series of light springs.
