I've been wanting to get some good/new seats, I went to a local pick-n-pull and had a list things to get. I was looking at prelude and integra seats, but they were all destroyed. The one set I might go back for is there is a set of leather seats that were in a civic hatchback, I just wonder how much they're gonna charge for seats... I ended up getting more than I planned for at the pick-n-pull

I put the stock intake back on, this extension goes all the way to the air box. From what I've read the air shoots into the resonator then whirls in the resonator and then goes into the air box. So hopefully this will help my mpg

I also found a passenger mirror blank, this was a needle in a haystack in a California junkyard.

The day got even better. I found two more!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to sell them and offer them to ecomodder before I offer them anywhere else. They are part# 76221-SH4-0000 and am negotiable on a price.

Nice,I have some of those too.
I found them on the 88-91 Civic Hatch's.
Found on the base model ones (DX is it?),with the 4-speed and no A/C etc usually..

I tried to put on one and it didn't line up quite right to my CRX..
Looks like yours do though.

Well the one I have on there is actually a little smaller than the other ones and I was only able to fit two out of three screws but it still holds well enough.
After researching I'm pretty sure these are from 88-91 civics as well, and I remember taking parts off of civics around those years. (I looked at a lot of cars, they all blend in after a while)
I think with a little bit of work these could fit other cars too.

I also got a dipstick, cause the previous one was broken. I filled the car with 2.5 qts at the last oil change and the oil level on the previous dipstick was about a half a qt above full. I was confused and left it how it was, I ended up getting a dipstick at the pick-n-pull and put it in my CRX and figured out that the old one was the wrong dipstick and I was really a qt of oil low.
Damn previous owner didn't know what the hell he was doing

That sort of thing happens with a distressing number of used cars...

Shouldn't of hurt anything.
Some engines can run on as little as a quart of oil without damaging anything, think about it the oil pump sits in the very bottom of the sump and pumps that motor all through-out the engine regardless.Yea it's not ideal but as long as it's all getting oil flow no harm no foul. Not like I'm saying you can go and run your engine on a quart of oil now but I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Ohh I'm not worried about it, it just makes me mad that I was worrying myself because I believed I was using to much oil when I was really using to little. It was always in the back of my mind when I was driving it.

I finally got to the point where I put on an air dam. Before I put it on there was a stock lip that prevented me from putting the air dam on and I didn't realize until now how easy the lip was to remove.

The ends were sticking out too far so i made a hole in the lawn edging and used some paracord to hold it back. Wewill see how well that works.

Having the air dam on with my side skirts should work out well

Nice! I'm still struggling for 45, then again I do a ton of idling at work and city driving.

With the civic I had, with it being an auto, the best tank I got was 40.1 and that was with me driving 55-65. While other tanks I tried really hard and would mostly drive 55 and still couldn't touch 40.

But some of the help now comes from me killing the engine at a light and being able to play the light, knowing it's going to be beneficial to kill it rather than sit there and idle.

Have you made a Warm air intake?
