1990 honda factory service manual typo?

On page 16-28 of the 1990 supplement to the 1988-1991 Honda Civic FSM I see this:

SPEEDOMETER
Indicates 60 km/h (mph) at
637 (1,026) min -1 (rpm) of the
speedometer cable
Opinions? I'm confident it means the speedo cable turns 1,026 rpms when the speedometer should read 60mph. But I am not completely sure.

It looks to me like it is saying the following:
60 km/H == 637 rotations/minute
60 MPH == 1026 rotations/minute

Note that 62 MPH == 100 km/H, so the km measurement should be about 0.62 times the M measurement. And 1026/637 = 0.62....

So the math works out just fine, too.
