Yeah, I'll have to experiment to see how much blockage I can get away with. The radiator on the Geo is really small and it only takes up half of the front grill opening.
Again, I’m most likely just going to copy Daox. He blocked his entire bottom grill with no problem. Redneck then chimed in and said to not block the upper grill because that will cause the engine to overheat really quickly.

To clarify, I did loose my passenger side block at some point (not sure when). So my lower grill is only half blocked currently. I'd like to go back to a full block when I have time to work on the car again.

I cleaned the EGR last night, but I don't remember where this hose goes?

I'm pretty sure it goes to the throttle body, but I couldn't find a nipple for it to plug into?

That white plastic T looks aftermarket. Maybe for the cruise control?

I really need to start labeling things when I work on my car.

Good luck!

I finally figured out the vacuum hose thing. I just needed to poke around some more to find that nipple.

MIDDLE UNDER BELLY TRAY
Since the Geo is my beater car now, I simply drilled straight into the chassis.

I cut up the tray into smaller pieces so that the mounting points will have less weight to bear, hopefully lessen the chances of pieces falling off. This method has worked well so far for my Sti. This is the longest my Sti had gone without the under tray falling off.

Next up: front and rear under tray, lower grill block.

Couldn't determine any improvements on the commute to work today, too much traffic.

However, I noticed that the wind noise has gone down a bit.

Hopefully the traffic won't be as bad on the drive home later tonight.
