Pics aren't working for me. You might want to check the private/public setting on your Google album.

So this is a good price on a really clean looking Civic. Almost identical in color and features with my 1998 DX--inside and out. Your 3rd gear shift wear also sounds a lot like my trnasmission (which is a sawpped 1993 CX transmission). And in my car it has not been a serious issue. I am not race shifting. It shifts fine. I just take it easy. No problem.

Questions: it looks like you might have the power mirror adjust option, and you have power windows too (those might have been standard on the HX). And how are the weather strips? Any leaking in the trunk or at the tops of the driver/passenger windows? Those are common problems.

GREAT looking example. You even have the center caps in the HX wheels. Pretty nice. Quite complete.

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.

No leaks on windows or trunk. Window stripping does seem like it's seen better days but no leaks. The HX came factory with power mirrors, windows, and locks. Just no sunroof like the EX model.
