Hi Daox,
Do you still make those mirror delete plates? if so, how much?
Would you also be able to make a crude drawing of the wiring for your alternator disable switch?
Thanks!

Yep, I'll PM you the details on the blocking plate.
As for the alternator disable, I can definitely wrangle something up.

Here is a rough diagram of the alternator disable.
On mine I never actually wired up the relay switch... I haven't needed it yet. I don't think it would be a very good idea to switch it on and off a lot especially under any load. The relay probably won't last long.

Hi Doax, sorry for the silly question, but even on the "coolant heater install" thread I didn't see him mention it. Do you install this on the heater inlet or outlet? I would think inlet, but who knows.

I'm really not sure the direction of coolant flow when the engine is running. When the block heater is plugged in, the block heater is flowing coolant into the heater core.

Thermostat always lets coolant out of the engine.

The heater is part of the coolant loop within the engine block loop. It doesn't connect to the radiator side of the loop, so the thermostat really isn't a concern.
