2003 Civic warm air intake ideas?

After seeing the hit in mileage on my 2003 Honda Civic LX, I'm interested in modifying the intake so it uses warmer air. Has anyone come up with a design that works on Honda Civics?

You might check the test I ran (linked below in my signature file). My design is pictured in my avatar. I got rid of the "box" I used. It's not needed. I saw a modest increase (2%) in MPG. Good luck. Post your build/results...

EDIT: a note of caution... there is some skepticism that WAI's work on more recent models, something about the sensor, I forget, but I think and hope some of the others who have more critical opinions will chime in here.

if i remember correctly, a warm air intake won't help you if your engine has a Mass Air Flow sensor, but it will help if you have a Manifold Air(Absolute) Pressure sensor

Thanks much. I'll do more reading on this and figure out what sensor my 03 has.

That's it. I knew someone would have the terms down better than I. When I planned and executed my test, Sentra-SE and others brought exactly this point up. The MAF sensor, it seemed, had been tested and shown to interfere (or at least that's the theory as to why the tests failed). The MAP sensors, such as on my car, had not been fully tested yet. That's part of why I thought my test a useful thing on this site. If I remember correctly, the MAF sensor has been standard on these cars for a while now. Definitely research it.
