2003 Ford Ranger - Begin modding!

Hello people, I have decided to begin aeromodding my 2003 ford ranger. First, I'm going to design a partial grill block. Second I'm going to cover the fog lights and design an underbody panel. Finally, I'm going to design moon caps for my wheels. Any beginning ideas?

Hope you can snag some of those Coroplast political signs before they all git recycled.

Look at my belly pan thread to git some ideas on yer belly pan design.

Are you only into aeromodding, not considering some weight-saving? BTW I'd not use coroplast for a belly pan, I'd rather use either aluminum or plywood (since it's used in some racing cars too) to avoid heat damage.

Get real Moon™ wheel disks. I got a set of 4 at a swap-meet for $5 because the mounting holes had been worn out into notches on the edge. Three new holes and good to go.

Well I'm new to ecomodding. I have an obnoxious grille that needs to be cleaned up and made more aerodynamic. I haven't decided what I'm fully going to do with the truck, but I'm going to improve the gas mileage as much as possible because it's only got 20000 miles, and I imagine I'm going to put over 200,000 on it.

I dropped the original air dam using some thread all and PVC pipe as spacers.
