12V actually had a 3 year warranty not a 1 year so it was replaced for free with another Honda lead acid.
Typical summer driving has been around 70-100 mpg, about 20-30 mpg less than last year but I'm also not hypermiling much like I was last year.
Finally getting around to some vinyl wrap for the mirror deletes and need to redo the WAI, other than that I'm just enjoying the car and have kinda run out of mod ideas at the moment since lithium or kswap is out of the question.

Is it true that you're not a real Insight owner until you've replaced the ground straps, done something with the IMA battery (replaced, lithium, deleted, etc.), and cleaned the EGR?
Car bucked for the first time today, time to take a look at the EGR and clean it! After reading up on it on InsightCentral; I'm familiar with how it's done from how often it's been discussed there but haven't looked at it seriously yet.

Well that was dirtier than expected! EGR was caked with build up. Surprised it hasn't been bucking and acting up prior to now, and even now it was only on a rare occasion that just started a few days ago.
Before:
After (I did end up cleaning inside a bit more after the picture):
Didn't think it was actually going to be as easy as all the Insight guru's predicted but it turned out to be quite a simple task.

Cleaning mine wasn't bad either.
How's it drive now? Did that take care of it?

It only juddered 3 times in the last 160 miles of driving, so it wasn't bad. I took it for a 15 mile spin tonight after just to make sure everything was alright, and it did fine. But it was hardly showing any symptoms at all to begin with, which I found strange for how dirty it was. Yesterday it drove just fine. Hopefully that's all it is so I'm not having to diagnose something else when I head back down to university in a couple weeks.

Does the Insight EGR have tight turns like the Civic does? That doesn't seem effective!

Tight turns? Like the bolts? The upper 3 were easy to get off, the lower two required disconnecting a couple hoses.

My Civic EGR had a number of 90- and 180° turns, which seemed to have more carbon than the rest.
