Some people want to make an argument with everything you say, and it's really not that helpful...

But I didn't contradict myself. It's not about any one of those things, it's about the combination of all those things

Guess it depends on how you read into the posts... semantics.

Anyway...

I found a new bike that is lighter and a hard tail, I also found some smooth 24" tires that should work fine. That should save me right at 150 dollars.

I just found 2 more 12 volt batteries from a scooter, and a 100 watt engine. (enough for a light assist?)

So I have 4 12 volt batteries, 100 watt motor, 450 watt motor, controller/throttle for 450, bike...

Use the 100 watt and the two lightest batteries for assist. Use the 450W and controller for something else. The 100w won't need a controller, it's light enough to only provide partial assist, and probably won't even hardly get you moving from a stop, but may give you the extra umph you need for that hill, until your legs get used to pedaling up it. Best of both worlds.

Do you have a suggestion on how to wire it? Possibly a link or something?

It's got two leads, right? Run a push button with a high-amp relay to the motor from the batteries.
