Older models semms to be listed as 0,37, cant find anything on the new model yet. But front has changed at lot, so I expect a some what lower number. I thing the 0,37 is from the first Twingo model. A guess would be around 0,3 - 0,33 ???

Wait: 75hp without a turbo???
Even the 68hp version of the 1.5dCi had a turbo as far as I knew.

No - can't find anything on the CD, but I think it must be jost aorund .30 - in that range.
I went for at test drive today at the local dealer. It's a 1,5 liter diesel, 8 valve with a small turbo. No start / stop system. 75 hp, max tourque at 1.750 Rpm is 180 Nm. Weight is 1.055 kg.
It was bad wheter today, heavy winds slurry, just around 0 degrees centigrade.
Very nice small car. Very quiet, almost no wheel or tire noise. No wind noise below 90 km/h. Strong headwinds or above 90 km/h much wind noise.
I didnt get a reeding for the 30 km trip I took, but I was down til 3l/100 km several times, so I would say that the 29,4 km/l mixed they claim for this model is not urealistic. Nor is the 32,3 km/l highway, if one just adds more air to tires and apply some basic hypermiling tekniques it should be easy.
Griil is almost blocked from factory at the upper end. Didn't get a chance to look underneat it, but it glided pretty well.
Very good pulling power from 90 km/h and up in 5. th gear, which is very long. Real overgear I'ld say.

Yes - the reason I find this car so interesting, is that it is the first car in Europe since the VW Lupe 3L and Audi A2 that seems to be able to get constitant results under the 3,33 ltr. pr. 100 km mark with a good eco driver. And It cheap too. (for our standards) And not many peope noticed it, maby except for the Frensh - best selling car i France at the moment I belive.
But the avarage driver, which pays no attention to eco driving or hypermiling tekniques, will of coruse not be alble to get the high mpg numbers. Most likely they will get areound 4 ltr. pr. 100 km. Which is also not bad, but not oustanding compared to many of the new "minies" hitting the marked, as for instance VW Up etc. But these cars are made for midgets. The Twingo is same size as my Yaris, and I wont fint in anything smaller

Who says an eco car needs to be boring?
Well, that power and torque ratings seem to be enought even into bigger models such as the Mégane and the Fluence. I'd like to see how would a Mégane perform with this engine, altough it would probably require the start/stop feature to be more competitive against other models from its class...

Don't forget the AX diesel which is 10 years older than the Lupo 3L. With mine (post 94), I've been getting 15% better then the official 90 km/h FE. And the 92-94 version was rated at 3,3 l which would mean sub-3 l.
OK, one could argue that they've never seen such figures out of an AX. But I don't have the feeling to have a completely abnormal driving to achieve that. I just drive in the right lane and never brake. Maybe, it's just that the car never came into the hands of true hypermilers.
