You want 75 mpg? I have only gotten a bit over 70 on a tank with some high 60's on either side of that tank, but it seems to me that aero mods will take you over the hump. You could try to get more EGR into the intake.

try to get a bigger pulley for the alternator , does help my ranger in the power dept,

Well I will get some mpg numbers from the next couple of tanks to see how much it has improved from the previous 4 tanks. That should be pretty close to an actual fuel mileage test. I know that running it on a dyno would be the closer comparison of the two, but who wants to waste that much gas?!?! Haha.. Wish me luck here we go!
