Ok,
So yesterday I drilled out the plugs over the egr ports on my intake manifold to make sure they were clean and clear...AOK. I cleaned them up, sealed the holes, and installed the intake back on the car. Now here's the problem
![Mad](/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif)
, after I get it all buttoned up and start it, the car surges at idle and is burning water/antifreeze big time. Imagine a horrible internal headgasket leak, that's what the end of my tailpipe looks like. Under throttle it blows white (coolant) smoke, and has a good miss throughout the rpm range.
I have no idea what is going on here. All I did was R&R the intake manifold, plugged and hooked everything back up, and viola... defeat

! Now the coolant burning started immediately after I fired the engine so it seems to me that I must have hooked something up wrong and I am somehow sucking coolant into the intake

? Any ideas here? I have the Helm's manual here in front of me and everything seems to be hooked up correctly (I am not a newbie mechanic, just to Honda's). I need HELP.
First one to figure it out will receive 8.5 gold stars (it's a really big deal)! So fire away your ideas and make me feel stupid
