True.. and with it being pretty cold for the Houston Area isn't helping my cause... (it was 29 degrees on my way into work this morning)

I was only averaging 19.5 MPG on the highway...

I was able to get 25.2 last week with 50 degree temps on the same route with the bug deflector!

Wow, that's a huge difference. I really want to see a scientific comparison between deflector and no-deflector. Too bad taking stuff on and off a vehicle is such a hassle

Nope, not really much difference.

I am hovering around 22 MPG on the daily commute each way, but that is directly affected by the amount of traffic I run into.

I do know that the water temps with the grill block are doing very well, with the highest I've seen being 181, but most of the time I am right at 170-172.

as soon as I get some time, I am going to try the block the entire grill and make it flush.
