The top profile looks good, but how much of a in-step is on each side? Do you have a picture of the bare steel frame? What was the size of the piece that you ordered, 5x40?

Flush, front has 3/8" plexi w/3 / 8 " radius. Headache rack tapered@<7* from cabto middle of bed rail. cap is then tapered to 1"wider than tailgate(for support from bed rail when gate is opened)

what was the size of the piece that you ordered, 5x40?
10'x40'@$170 shiped $10 per foot +shipping enough material to do approximately 3 to 4 covers.

It needs a half-squircular cross-section, but there is some 'nose' to the cap to allow the air to reattach.

Best thing to do is to start yer own thread so you don't hijack someone else's thread.

It looks like you git up to 12 months of UV protection. Not sure when you will lose structural stability but it probably won't be right at 12 months...probably sooner.

This is my cheep prototype cover once I havemy shape and details ironed out I'll move up to ortex600

As for my start up I had to have 5 responses befor the system would alow I think this is #6 so it's on its wasway just have to figure out how to get the bulsbuld pictures resized on my phone
