Lady looks to be 3ish wheel diameters tall which makes her to be from 5 to 6 foot tall depending on actual tire size.

Looking at their ad, better guess is 5'6" to 5'11". Yup she fits. It is no worse than my 50 piper pacer @41 inches width.

Wonder how they got it on the beach, must be really light.

Yeah, no...she looks to be 4x the height of the tire, which would presumably be 24" or so tall. That would put her at 8'. Or that tire is only 16-18 inches tall.

It's a tiny car, more pics in the link. They look like golf cart tires.

Its sides are lower than the door sills of a Hummer, it should be easier to get in.

You'd be invisible for other road users when riding that low, so there's a concern.
