So the "skin" cooling on the bottom of the vehicle will be an aluminum insert (3:30 in the video).

Reservation holder since March of 2021. I am about 7,500th in line. Looking forward to gliding effortlessly down the road, with almost no wind noise, and efficiency other vehicles can only dream about.

They still don't seem anywhere close to production, sadly. I really like all the right to repair stuff Steve talks about here, but are they going to be able to set up manufacturing, like ever?

The right to repair angle almost suggests more of a kit car approach than a full-fledged auto manufacturer approach. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
