Its plenty strong to support 190lbs, no worries..

got some of the coroplast mounted up..

I still have to fill in the gap on the sides, enclose the bottom
and figure out the top and how thats going to work..

ater this is done im going to start the wheel skirts and the vortex generators..
dude ,,good test

I was kidding of course..

I went inside to make a phone call, I came out to see this little 40lb neighborhood kid going to town on the frame like he was at a gym..

So thats why the coroplast went on with the quickness without much of a plan

Man you gotta watch out for those neighborhood kids. If he fell off your rig after you said something like that, you could get sued for harboring an "attractive nuisance."

Of course, the nuisance is the kid wandering around without a leash, but for some reason the Powers That Be don't want to hear that.

ok, so my heads spinning with a deadline of Friday to get on the road,
I've been mad busy lately and haven't gotten around to doing anything till today..

I pretty much rushed it and it isn't as streamlined as I had figured in my head..
Hell, it mite not even make a difference.. but at least its there..

Heres the rest of it, I wont have time to do anything else to it, so this is all folks..

I'll cover the gaps and seams with speed tape..

It will make a huge difference. The attached picture is a top view of the trailer.
The black box is the original trailer.
The red line is the new coroplast nose.
The green line is the path that an air molecule would take around the original black box trailer (this is technically know as a "streamline").
The blue line is the path an air molecule will take around the new red-nosed trailer.
The olive-yellow line is one-half of the outline of a round-nosed trailer that would have similar drag to the original square black box trailer. In other words, you get the drag of the outline of the "ripple" you make in the airstream. A smaller squared-off shape can make the same "ripple" as a much larger streamlined shape, and have the same drag. Or to put it another way, squared off shapes make ripples much larger than you might think. Streamlined shapes make a ripple no larger than the size of the shape.

That looks great, Chris. It's exactly how I would've done it. I realize you're crunched for time, but the only improvement I could suggest would be to cover over the hole in the bottom, under the tounge.
I think your fairing will make a BIG difference. Let us know how it pulls.
