AX 1,4 Diesel 100 mpg Project

I had to change the plans for the winter , the AX had a hard Life the last half year . So there were no bigger modifications , only Kilometers with the Wintertyres .
The actually milage is 331750 Km and it runs reliably . Only the starter was broken, so I drove the car about 3 months. I always had to watch the I park so that I could let him roll on , had no money and time for repair .
Now the 145/80-13 Michelins are mounted, the air pressure is 3.3 bar and the car rolls very easily so . the only modifications are the taped flat hubcaps, reducing the weight of carriage by 21 kilos and Driver's 16 kilos .
The last consumption were 4 liters with 4 passengers and mostly highway driving with 120 to 130 Km / h. The current tank is again driven in economy mode, looks good so far. Only the longer 5th Gear Ratio i cant get by my partdealer , so i search more . Here an actually Photo ok the AX

I am a little bit proud for the Car
Actually i am testing the HHO cell in the car , must find the best setting . Here is a little film of the cell :

and in the attachments pictures of the Cell in the Car , the dockingstation and the air filter cover with the hoses .
the 47x32 gears i have found but very expensive , can buy them in may .
Actually i am preparing the lowering springs and the wheelbearings , will install it after the hho test .

Had to find the best settings for the Cell . Last consumption 3,09 Liter/100Km
was perhaps randomly !? or perhaps the Cell !? ;-)
