Road Trip! ROAD TRIP!! 13,433 Km 8,347 Mile Road Trip!!!

Road Trip! ROAD TRIP!! 13,433 Km 8,347 Mile Road Trip!!!

The EPA highway rating for my car is 28 MPG (US Gallon) the old EPA rating was 30 MPG (US Gallon) and we all know that he old EPA ratings were almost impossible to achieve.

My 32.8 MPG (US Gallon) is 9.33% better than the old EPA and
17.14% Better than the "NEW" PA ratings.

I would say that the full belly pan works well!

First 50 photos

Second 50 photos

3rd set I did mentioin it was 13,433 Km 8,347 Miles!!!

Do not be asking where or how I got these and do not save to your computer.
What i see is a prototype car. Those tires are one offs used for shows in most cases. I bet it was pushed since there is no engine!

what size Dymo tape did you use for the zigzags? and did you ever determine if they helped your mpg?

I used the standard size. I would estimate it to be 3/8 wide and cut with pinking shears.

The zigzag tape dramatically reduces the wind noise at the front A pillars. It also causes the side window to be blown completely free of water drops. They are still on the car so I believe they work.

The rear wheel skirts are still off but I will likely rework them and reinstall at a future date.

I have been very happy with the aero mods over the last 13,000km.

I didn't see any difference between the pre-zigzag and the post zigzag tape on my little Nissan. Tuft testing showed no noticeable difference that I could see.

I still plan to try a belly pan someday.
