OK, thanks. I remember one of Vetter's videos where he said he liked the scooter better because he couldn't get on and off a regular bike with his streamlining on it. But apparently it's not a problem.

Craig had a bad hip from a racing accident and found the scooter easier to get on and off. He had his hip replaced, I believe, last year.

Update. I will not be able to take my streamlined bike to the Vetter Challenge in Wendover, Utah. I had to stop building because of some medical issues. However I might be able to make it to the Challenge on my stock bike. I will continue building the streamliner as time and health permit (the health part is improving dramatically)

Update on this old thread. I ended up selling my Ninja 250 and stopped riding due to family and health reasons and ended up giving all my aero stuff to Vic (Low&Slow).

Thanks for the update, but sorry to hear that you are no longer riding.

I'm sure Vic will put your parts to good use, and maybe you can take some credit for even higher numbers from his trusty steed!
